ICT
An Intra-Company transfer allows applicants working in a multinational company to transfer to one of the company’s Canadian branches with an LMIA-exempt work visa as detailed by the International Mobility Program of Canada.
Initially, an ICT license can be issued for three years.
It can then be extended to 5 years in the case of specialised knowledge holders and 7 years in the case of executives and senior managers.

- Applicants must apply for a work permit under the Intra-Company Transferee category through the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal.
- Applicants must adhere to Canadian laws and regulations during stay.
- Applicant must undergo health and security checks as part of the visa application process.

Business Owner/Operator Program
An Owner/Operator Program allows foreign investors to run their enterprise in Canada on a work permit.
